Zeyang Zhuang

About Me

I am a final-year Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). I am very fortunate to be advised by Prof. Wei Meng. I am also coadvised by Prof. Michael R. Lyu. Prior to that, I received my B.Eng. degree from the School of Software Engineering at Tongji University in 2022, majoring in software engineering. Previously, I was a visiting Ph.D. student at Northwestern University.

Research Interests

My research interests broadly lie in systems and software security, and programming languages, with a recent emphasis on LLM security, coding agents, and foundation models. Previously, I worked on program analysis (static and dynamic analyses) and developing techniques for automatically detecting and validating vulnerabilities in Rust applications.
